Originally purchased for the then princely sum of £2,100 Great British Pounds, this picturesque pub nestles by the River Lee, just away from the centre of St Margarets, near Ware. It’s perfect for dining alfresco on the patio at the scenic waterside or, when things turn chilly, for warming your cockles by the roaring fires.
We serve Great British pub food, slow roasted Sunday meats, daily changing specials, pub favourites, scrummy desserts, homemade soups all washed down with locally brewed real ales, fine wines and fresh coffee…Yum!
