Snap a Pub!

We’re looking for McMullen pub and bar photos for our website and would like your help.

Email your high resolution photos to photo.comp@mcmullens.co.uk (maximum size 3Mb).

For every photo displayed on our website, we’ll send a £20 McMullen dining voucher to the photographer and £50 for the best photo!
We’ll announce the winners in the next issue of McMullen News.

McMULLEN PHOTOGRAPHY COMPETITION – FULL TERMS & CONDITIIONS

GENERAL
By entering the competition the entrant confirms that he/she has read and agreed to abide by these rules.

CONSENT & COPYRIGHT
The entrant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright. By entering your photograph into the competition, you grant to McMullen & Sons, Limited (“McMullen’s”) the commercial non-exclusive right to use your images for promotion of photo competition and for promotion of McMullen’s in any media. Should McMullen’s want to use awarded images for commercial use outside the competition or use on the website a one time reproduction fee of £30 will be paid. The photographer will be credited whenever possible. Entrants must not infringe on the privacy rights, copyright or other rights of any person.

DIGITAL CRITERIA
Digital adjustments are only acceptable if limited to minor cleaning work, levels, curves, colour, saturation and contrast work.

The faithful representation of what you saw at the time of the shot being taken must be maintained. Cropping is allowed. Sandwich shots, double exposures and photographs which consist in any way of more than one separate photograph are not eligible in this category.

JUDGING
Photographs are pre-selected by a panel of 5 McMullen’s nominated judges, the winner being the picture with the most votes.
When redeeming prizes any winners under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Note that “Baroosh” and “B” operate a strict over 21’s policy.

ENTRIES

Entries must be accompanied by the name of the photographer address and contact telephone number.

PRIZES
Vouchers to dine or drink at any McMullen site (list available on application). The winner will receive £50; and £20 to all those whose pictures are selected for use on the McMullen website.

OUR RIGHTS
McMullen's reserves the right to exclude entrants and withhold prizes for violating any of these terms and conditions. Should the quality of entries fall below the standard required we reserve the right not to award prizes. McMullen's reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions.

McMullen's reserves the right to change or cancel this competition at any time.

INDEMNITY
McMullen’s is not responsible for failure of receipt, loss or damage of any photographs entered in the competition. Entrants indemnify McMullen’s and their sponsors of any responsibility in respect to damage and loss to entrant’s belongings; death or injury as a result of the competition.

The judge’s decision is final: no correspondence will be entered into and prizes cannot be exchanged.
