Chef - Cock o' the North
Location: Cock o’ the North, Bell Bar, Hatfield
Vacancy – Full Time Chef (Live in/out)
The Cock o’ the North, one of our destination dining sites situated in the semi rural area of Bell Bar outside of Hatfield has a vacancy for a full time chef to join the existing friendly team delivering the best quality pub food. The pub has recently been refurbished and has a stylish contemporary look, and offers a relaxed dining experience.
The Cock o’ the North operates a Company menu, although our kitchen teams are encouraged to help in the development of the food offering on an ongoing basis.
We are looking for a talented individual who takes a pride in consistently delivering high quality food and working within a close knit team in building upon the success of this popular pub. You will also work to high standards of hygiene, (and will hold a current food hygiene qualification of level 2 or above), and will understand the need for careful cost controls.

Relief Manager/s - all locations

We are looking for experienced singles or couples to join our small team of Relief Managers, to provide holiday cover for our community pubs.
You may be running a pub at the moment and desire a more flexible lifestyle, or you may already be a relief manager but want to join a progressive company, or you may be an assistant manager who wants to gain more experience before taking on your own pub.
Whatever you are doing at the moment if you have the enthusiasm to succeed in this varied role, and the flexibility to cope with a variety of different trading styles then we want to hear from you.
