The site is in the Tattenhoe area of MK, where family and community is everything.
The successful candidate will have the skills and understand the importance of delivering excellence to our guests – expectations must be exceeded, in standards, quality & service.
You will be heavily involved in getting the pub ready for high volume sales, recruiting your team and intensive, but fun, pre-opening training.
The pub will be the latest in our amazingly successful Chicken & Grill concept, where the chicken from our rotisserie oven and char-grilled meats are the specialities. Full table service is offered all day every day with the menu derived of dishes which can be delivered to the guest in excellent time, with an emphasis on traditional.
The concept isn’t about fresh food, it’s about delivering good, reassuring food with exceptional service in impeccable standards – at high volume (we’re expecting the business to achieve 1500-2000 food covers per week).
We are a family brewer with over 190 years of tradition and fanatical about our ale – we would anticipate the up to 50% of our sales will be from the bar.

The Bulls Head operates the company’s very popular Char grill & Rotisserie menu .
Currently we are one of four branded concepts with us being the first to be rolled out in November 2008 following an extensive refurbishment. The Bulls Head menu offers good value for money in modern surroundings. Our restaurant seats 56 and the conservatory seats an additional 20, customers are able to also eat in the bar area and outside on our decked patio. We average around 1000 food covers per week.
