AREA MANAGER
On leaving school I joined Debenhams as a Trainee Store Manager and studied at the College of Retail Trades and Food Technology in London. I entered the brewery trade with Grand Met in 1980 operating both as an Area Manager and senior auditor with Chef and Brewer. I joined McMullen in 1992 as Area Manager and haven’t looked back since. My team currently runs businesses ranging from town centre venues to quality locals. The secret to the success of our team centres on training and the development of our colleagues.
