One of the immensely satisfying aspects of being Managing Director of a small independent company is being able to meet and work with a large proportion of our licensees and their teams.
Our strength as a company is our ability to help all individuals, both employees and tenants, to progress and fulfil their potential. I enjoy the opportunity of participating in this process, getting to know our team members and paying tribute to the high personal standards set by so many of them.
Over the years that I have been in this industry it has developed out of all recognition, but the key success factor of satisfying the ever increasing expectations of customers has remained unchanged. It is therefore essential that we continue to create successful customer-orientated teams.
