TENANCY MANAGER
After training as a chef, I worked for a short period in restaurants in France and Switzerland. On my return to the UK, I joined Whitbread plc as an Area Manager in managed houses in the City and the West End of London before moving to North Yorkshire to develop their Catering Houses."¨"¨I then moved to an American leisure company managing large multi-site venues such as the Wembley Complex and GMEX in Manchester. My wife and I then bought the lease on a twelve-bedroom inn with restaurant, function room and bar and operated it for the following 10 years. "¨"¨After selling the lease I joined a major pub-leasing company working in the East End and North London before moving to McMullen in 2004. I am married with one daughter and enjoy photography and mountain biking - in what little spare time I have!
