RETAIL OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
After completing a degree in Law at Leicester in 1997, I joined Allied Domecq on their International Graduate Scheme before moving to Operations as an Area Manager for pubs. Further Operations roles followed outside the pub industry and led to an Operations Project Manager role with Pizza Hut. This cross functional role helped me realise the importance of people and their development to team success. A good day for me is to see well trained, motivated people delivering a great experience for customers with the aid of their team.
