

After completing an HND in Hotel Catering and Institutional Management, I worked at Allied with such brands as Muswells, Exchanges and Calendars before running a French Brasserie in Camden Town. I moved to run Italian restaurants called Mamma Amalfi when I was appointed a Development Manager and transferred over to Café Rouge. For the last seven years I have worked for the Spirit Group in their development team and worked in different divisions including locals, city town, family dining and, finally, in Chef and Brewer. My passion comes from unleashing the potential in both people and businesses.
I live in a wonderful village near Hitchin and have two boys called Jacques and Thomas, who make me the proudest father in the world.
