Paul Robbins
CATERING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
After leaving school at sweet 16 with a real passion for the catering and hospitality industry, I completed an OND in hotel, catering and institutional operations and then a degree in hotel and catering studies at Manchester Polytechnic. During this time, and after leaving Manchester in 1984, I worked in a number of hotels and restaurants before settling in Hertford to work for an industrial caterer. In 1986 I joined McMullen for a few years before purchasing a pub-restaurant In 1991. After selling It In 1994 I returned to McMullen as Catering Development Manager. Ten years on, I am still here - a little fatter and a little balder, but just as excited about working with the great teams of managers who operate our pubs and bars.
