John Lythgoe
FINANCE DIRECTOR
I was educated at Manchester University and gained a degree in Accounting and Business Finance before joining Touche Ross & Co (now Deloitte Touche) where I qualified as a chartered accountant. I joined Greenalls, based in Cheshire, in 1985 where I gained experience in all aspects of the licensed trade, including pubs, hotels, free trade, brewing and wholesaling and was promoted to the post of Finance Director of its Inn Partnership division in 1993. Throughout my time at Greenalls I was involved in a number of acquisitions including Devenish and Boddingtons. I joined McMullen in 2000 and relocated to Hertfordshire.
