

After leaving school I completed a BTEC Diploma in Hotel & Catering Operations and an HCIMA in Hotel and Catering Management. I joined McMullens as a stock-taker which gave me experience in many areas including setting up the company's first EPOS system. My role developed to taking over an Area in 1996. The job I have ensures that every day is varied with constant changes and ensuing challenges. The greatest satisfaction I enjoy from this role is seeing plans that we have implemented bringing positive results for the individual pub and my team.
