This is a beautiful quaint pub situated approximately 1 mile from Junction 17 on M25. Kris and Maja offer a Modern British menu with European twists alongside classic pub dishes all prepared using the freshest local suppliers. The pub is tastefully decorated in a contemporary style to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere with high levels of service for their guests. Whether it be morning coffees and pastries over a newspaper whilst working on-line, or a 5 course celebratory dinner with fine wines, the Stag delivers an equally good experience. We can accommodate up to 85 people for dinner, or private function. The pub is popular with walkers, being right amongst the glorious Chiltern hills and the large car park and enclosed garden offer the perfect spot to relax and dine al fresco after a long walk. We offer full garden service with (well behaved!) dogs, more than welcome.
