• You are allowed to buy your wines, spirits and soft drinks from any supplier.
• You can earn £80 a barrel discount.
• Your rent is agreed for the entire six years of your agreement.
• All major repairs are carried out by us.
With over 50 pubs situated predominantly throughout the Northern Home Counties, and styles ranging from Pub & bar restaurants to community pub, we are bound to have the type of pub you are looking for in our collection. But, we don’t just want anybody. Not only does our experienced tenancy team need to be sure that you are right for our pub, they need to be confident that we are right for you. We want you to be successful, to enjoy and prosper in your involvement with McMullen & Sons and to grow the outlet to be your “own”.
This is why we have set out clear and detailed Heads of Terms, which provides you with an understanding of what you can expect from us - and what we expect from you.
And finally! If we don’t currently have an opening for the type of pub you are looking for at the moment, we still want to hear from you. We are always looking for pubs to purchase and if we already know all about you…well, you never know.
