All applicants will be required to prepare and present a business plan and provide acceptable trade and/or personal references, with proof of funds to complete the transaction, before the interview process takes place. Rental expectations are c£25k and the FMT will be c225brls for discount purposes. Ingoings are to be confirmed upon valuation, but including £5,000 security bond, F&F and trade stock and small wares, they are expected to be around £30000 excluding working capital.
