Here at McMullen’s we encourage all of our team members to go as far as they can in terms of their development, with help from us of course. We embrace external people too – it’s always positive to share best practice. Whether they’re coming on board as a trainee or an experienced General Manager or anywhere in between, we’ll do our very best to support them with whatever training they should need.
Kieran began his McMullen's career in 2008 at public house The Woodman - Wormley, followed by mixing cocktails as Trainee Assistant Manager at Baroosh - Hertford. His first appointment as General Manager finds him today at Baroosh - Chelmsford.
Matt was General Manager of The Peahen - St Alban's for six years. He won Manager of the Year twice and is now an Area Manager, overseeing 16 public houses and the latest McMullen pub opening of The Prince George of Cambridge in Tattenhoe.
Debbie from The Woolpack - Hertford joined us just over two years ago as a Trainee Assistant Manager rolling out the barrels for the Nag’s Head in Covent Garden. She’s now a General Manager in our newest concept.
