Here at McMullen’s we encourage all of our team members to go as far as they can in terms of their development, with help from us of course. We embrace external people too – it’s always positive to share best practice. Whether they’re coming on board as a trainee or an experienced General Manager or anywhere in between, we’ll do our very best to support them with whatever training they should need.
Ingars started his McMullen’s career in 2011 at Baroosh - Bishop’s Stortford as Assistant Kitchen Manager. His dedication to the business was recognised through his appointment to Kitchen Manager in 2013. In the same year he also won McMullen’s Head Chef of the Year title - a fabulous accolade!
Vicky joined us in 2009 at
her local, the Saracens Head - Ware as a team member. After several development roles she then joined the team at Baroosh – Cambridge in 2013 as Assistant Manager. Her hard work was well rewarded when she was promoted to General Manager in 2014.
Peter joined McMullen's in 2008 as General Manager of The Three Horseshoes – Hooks Cross. After 6 successful years at the pub and winning ‘Manager of the Year’ in 2012, he is now an Area Manager overseeing 14 community pubs.
