Do I need to have a valid visa or work permit?
Yes. In order to start working with McMullen’s you will need to show that you have the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What is the dresscode?
Generally within McMullen’s you will be expected to dress according to our pub or bar uniform. Ties and skirts are not a must but we take care in our appearance because we all believe in looking the business. At the Brewery, our brewers, draymen and warehouse team will make sure you own, and wear, the required safety gear as well as walk as ambassadors of the McMullen brand.

Do I need to have retail experience?
Experience is not essential for all roles, just bags of enthusiasm and passion for serving quality product and taking care of number one, our people and guests. 

When can I expect to hear if my application is successful?
You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been received. If we are interested in you we will contact you asap. Note: we do keep the best applications on file so if there’s a more suitable role in future we can invite you for an interview.

How often is the vacancies page updated?
Current Vacancies are updated as soon as we have a vacancy. Vacancies are only removed once someone has been appointed.
