Life prior to McMullen’s:

On graduating, the opportunity arose for Heydon to join Allied Domecq on their International Graduate scheme and it is thanks to this valuable training and experience in a variety of roles there and later with YUM that Heydon was able to join McMullen’s in the role of Operations Manager for the Retail Division and then progress into the role of Joint Managing Director.
