Life prior to McMullen’s: 

John celebrates 20+ years in the Hospitality industry! He started out as a waiter and KP whilst studying A-Levels and worked as a Chef through University. Following graduation John moved to London as an Assistant Manager for Mitchells and Butlers and spent 10 years as a General Manager in their Castle concept whilst studying for a Masters Degree in Management.
