For Tim, Destinations Inns is a diverse group of food led pubs in fantastic locations surrounding London. Tim loves that we are constantly looking to grow our estate and re-invest to improve existing businesses, which keeps life interesting and stimulating for him!

Life prior to McMullen’s:

Tim has previously worked at M&B where he has had experience as an Area Manager and General Manager. He has run his own multisite pub business locally in Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire so understands the trade in the area. Tim also lives within 5 minutes of the Brewery!

Favourite menu item:

Roasted Cod dish off the Destinations menu. Garlic roasted Jersey royals, Tender stem broccoli, lemon and parsley sauce and red amaranth leaves.
