Highlights of the role:
Tom’s responsibilities incorporate the Property, Tenancy, Production and Distribution Departments. His role allows him to continue the focus on maintaining investment in long term sustainable pubs, and securing new ones, to ensure that the Company can service its customers for centuries to come. His is also focused on ensuring that the Company continues its brewing and beer heritage and that Hertford retains its last remaining brewery.

Life prior to McMullen’s:
As a teenager Tom worked in the pubs as a holiday job. After several years clearing landmines in various parts of the world Tom attended law school and practiced as a corporate tax lawyer in the City. Following a year at Imperial Business School he joined the Company in 2010.
