Under certain circumstances deposits are required for online bookings. Deposit payment is accepted via credit, debit card or cash and must be paid at the time of booking or within the advertised grace period. Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are liable for full payment of food. All currency is in pounds sterling. Where, under management discretion, a deposit refund is approved, refunds will be made to the card used to make the original payment. It could take up to 10 working days to receive the funds back into your account. If you have any questions with your booking, please contact the restaurant you booked with.
