We are committed to adding new high quality freehold sites to our portfolio.  We operate in London and all the surrounding counties, plus Cambridgeshire and Oxfordshire.

There are three types of property we are interested in acquiring.

Food Pubs

We are looking for large main road pubs that have 120+ dining covers (or could be extended to achieve that number) with at least 50 parking spaces. Recent acquisitions include the Coach and Horses in Thorley Park, Bishops Stortford and The Kingfisher on the Quay in Camberley.

Development Land

We acquire development plots of around an acre to build new pubs.  The most recent completions are the Prince George, Milton Keynes (2014) and the Kingsmead, Chadwell Springs (2017).  We are currently on site in Colchester.  Download our detailed site criteria.

Urban ‘wet-led’ pubs

These are located in busy town centres, with heavy pedestrian flows and have customer areas of 1,500+ sq ft.  We will consider both vacant possession opportunities and investment purchases, where there is less than 10 years left to run on the occupier’s lease.

Recent acquisitions include the Old Crown in New Oxford Street, the Old Bank of England in Fleet Street, the Lord Moon of the Mall in Whitehall and the Liberty Bounds in Trinity Square.  These investment purchases were all in central London but we will also look at other affluent and busy town centres.  Download our detailed site criteria.

Introduction Fees

Where an agent is not instructed to sell a property we recognise introductions to properties of which we were not aware.  We pay fees of 2% + VAT for existing properties and a fixed fee of £30,000 + VAT for building plots.
