We are looking to add new high-quality freehold sites to our portfolio of food pubs and premium bars.

We operate in London, South East and East Anglia and are based in our Head Office and Brewery in Hertford.

All of our pubs are individually designed, and we build properties which will benefit the community for many years, using traditional methods and quality finishes. We have a track record of refurbishing existing properties and sympathetic development of listed buildings.

 

Food Pubs

We are looking for larger sites that can provide us with 120+ dining covers, a quality bar, trade garden, at least 50 parking spaces and managers and staff accommodation.  We will consider existing buildings, pubs and hotels and development land (ideally of one acre or more) in roadside or destination locations.
 

High Street and Urban Premium pubs

We are seeking premises located in London and busy town centres, with heavy pedestrian flows, ideally with a customer area of at least 1,500 sq ft, although we will consider smaller properties in outstanding locations. We can acquire properties, either with vacant possession, with or without an alcohol licence or as investment purchase which is subject to an existing lease.

 


 

Introduction Fees

We will pay introduction fees to parties who present sites where we were not previously aware of the opportunity and upon contractual completion of the purchase*
