We are committed to adding new high quality freehold sites to our portfolio. We operate in London and all the surrounding counties, plus Cambridgeshire and Oxfordshire.
There are three formats that we wish to expand.
We are looking for large main road pubs that either already have, or have the potential for 100+ dining covers with at least 50 parking spaces. Recent acquisitions include three landmark London pubs: the Old Crown in New Oxford Street, the Old Bank of England in Fleet Street and the Lord Moon of the Mall in Whitehall.
We also acquire development plots of around an acre in order to build new pubs, the latest of which is the Prince George in Tattenhoe, Milton Keynes, opened in February 2014.
This is our stylish café bar brand. We are seeking prominent town centre premises with 3,000 to 5,000 sq ft of customer space. We have five at present, in Cambridge, Hertford, Bishop’s Stortford, Chelmsford, and Marlow.
Urban ‘wet-led’ pubs
These are located in busy town centres, with heavy pedestrian flows passing the doors and have customer areas of 1,500+ sq ft. Recent acquisitions include the Old Crown in New Oxford Street, London and the Old Bank of England in Fleet Street, London.
Where an agent is not instructed to sell a property we recognise introductions to properties of which we were not aware and pay fees of 2% + VAT.
