Breakfast & Beyond
Make your morning something to savour. From the silky Smoked Salmon & Scrambled Eggs to our fluffy Blueberry, Yoghurt & Five Berry Pancakes, breakfast has never looked (or tasted) so good. And for a touch of indulgence, the Blackcurrant French Toast, layered with lemon ricotta, blackcurrant sorbet and honey, is pure weekend perfection.

For the Table
There’s no better way to begin than with a few plates to share. Tear into our warm Confit Garlic & Rosemary Focaccia, dip into Whipped Lemon Ricotta, or try the crisp Crispy Artichokes with a sprinkling of Maldon sea salt.

Our wood-fired oven takes centre stage once again, serving up a new line-up of handcrafted pizzas that bring rustic Italian comfort to every table.
Indulge in the rich Quattro Formaggi, a perfect balance of melting cheeses with a drizzle of hot honey, or try the creamy Carciofi, layered with artichoke hearts, spinach, and lemon ricotta. For something hearty, the Ragù Napoletano, topped with slow-braised beef and fresh Parmesan, is a true showstopper.
Every base is crisp, charred, and full of that unmistakable wood-fired flavour.
The Main Event
From the Josper grill to the stove, our chefs have created a menu that celebrates flavour in every form.
The Slow-Braised Lamb Henry Shoulder brings together rosemary, garlic, and a rich lamb jus for the ultimate comfort dish, while the Yorkshire Ribeye Steak, seared over tandoor coals, delivers that smoky, flame-kissed depth that only the Josper can achieve.

No meal is complete without a little indulgence. Choose from the silky Frozen Dark Chocolate Mousse with Maldon sea salt, the tropical Coconut Panna Cotta with mango purée, or the vibrant Blackcurrant & Pistachio Mess, a dessert that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
