The last few weeks have been eventful.
Our teams are currently not working, in their absence, I wanted to let you know what we've been up to since the pubs closed.
Our teams continue to be paid, on time and remain integral to our plans going forward. Our amazing people have sprung into action to ensure that none of our fresh food went to waste. Our teams managed to distribute all our fresh food amongst NHS, key workers and other local vulnerable groups. You can read more about this HERE.
Our food suppliers are still able to deliver food and so we have opened our first, fresh food collection shop, in our Hertford Brewery. The shop is pre-order only and available to members of the NHS initially, with plans to widen to key workers when we are able. For more information click HERE. We've also opened a beer shop in the brewery, this is available for all who are able to access the Hertford Brewery and wish to buy our beer, more information about this can be found HERE.
Many of our team have volunteered and supported neighbours- from shopping to dog walking and beyond.
We are looking to donate as much PPE, including gloves and aprons, as we are able to muster and then we will continue to find ways to do our bit for our community to come together and ride things out.
It goes without saying that our birthday treats and vouchers will be honoured beyond their usual dates and any other hiccups that arise will be dealt with in a similar way.
We don’t yet know when our great pubs will reopen, it is likely to be some time, so until we see you next, please take care and look after yourself and your loved ones.
