Deliveries
Beer
McMullen Beer will be delivered via APC Couriers within 4 working days (Monday to Friday) from receipt of your order, unless a later date is requested at checkout. Please note that we currently are only able to deliver to Mainland UK.
Latest order dates to receive beer boxes/cases in time for Christmas is December 19th to be delivered via APC Couriers. You can collect orders from the Brewery Shop until 23rd December up until 10.30am.
Our beer boxes can be enjoyed up to three weeks from delivery (if unopened) so if you would like to order your beer to be in perfect condition for a special occasion then please specify your required delivery date at checkout.
While every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely some breakages may occur. All breakages must be notified to McMullen’s within 2 days of delivery. Read our returns policy for full details.
Gift Vouchers
All gift vouchers are fulfilled by Toggle either via email or postal. Physical gift cards are sent via Royal Mail and arrival depends on the postage option selected. Please visit our gift card shop for more information.

All claims for damaged or missing goods must be notified to McMullen’s on 01992 584911 within 2 days of delivery or, in the case of non-delivery, within 2 days of the anticipated date of delivery. Alternatively email contact@mcmullens.co.uk
We shall not be liable for any consequential loss, including (but not limited to) loss caused by late delivery, where such loss is not caused by any breach on the part of McMullen’s, its employees or agents.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your beer purchase we will be pleased to exchange or refund the affected product, provided it is returned within 14 days. It must be returned in the original packaging, accompanied by the delivery note, and your reason for return including details of how the beer has been stored and served.
Storage, preparation, and serving instructions given with the beer box must be observed throughout the life of the beer.
Gift cards
Gift cards are not eligible for refunds. If your gift card is not delivered within 2 working days of expected delivery, please contact us at contact@mcmullens.co.uk, or call us on 01992 584911.
