Step away from Enfield’s hustle and bustle to Frog’s Bottom and a pub that’s been part of the McMullen family since 1910 and Chicken & Grill No. 5.
This is one of the largest, yet most intimate of McMullen’s Chicken & Grill pubs, which are uniquely and individually designed with service that’s personally crafted to suit you. The Jolly Farmers really does have it all; log fires and cosy corners, group dining or a separate function room. Any occasion fits at the “Frog’s Bottom” (the affectionate term for the local area) pub. Our bar area is dog friendly where their own special menu is available as well as wipes for dirty paws after a long walk.
Our fayre includes freshly spit-roasted chicken, fabulous soft serve ice cream sundaes, locally brewed real ales, hand selected wines – all enjoyed by our roaring fires or alfresco when the sun is shining. Join us for afternoon tea

Private Hire, Birthdays and Events
Our lovely function space is available for private hire. We cater for formal dining events, buffets, drinks and nibbles or just drinks, whatever you prefer.
We can seat up to 60 guests for dining, or 80 for less formal events. Larger events can also book the adjoining bar area bringing guest numbers to 120.
