Mac's Family Terms & Conditions

• You must be aged 18 or over to sign up.
• As a member of our Mac's Family, you will receive email communications and offers from McMullen and Son’s Ltd venues that we feel you may be interested in.
• To ensure our email newsletters and vouchers are delivered to you successfully, please add McMullens.Sons.Retail@wize1.co.uk to your email address book.
• Vouchers, unless stated otherwise, are valid only at the venue for which they were issued and can only be redeemed by the intended recipient. You are welcome to register for Mac's Family at a maximum of three McMullen & Sons Ltd venues at any one time, entitling you to a birthday drink voucher for each site. Should you wish to swap the sites that you are registered to, please email macsfamily@mcmullens.co.uk with your first and last name, your postcode and the venue names & locations that you would like to swap. If you register for Mac's Family at additional sites, only the first three registrations will be valid.
• Not all McMullen & Sons Ltd pubs operate the Mac's Family. If you wish to sign up, please find a sister pub that is a listed venue which will suit you best.
• If you ever misplace your email newsletter or voucher, feel free to email macsfamily@mcmullens.co.uk with your pub name & location, your first and last name as well as your postcode and a new voucher will be issued and the original cancelled.
• If you ever wish to cancel your membership, simply unsubscribe via the opt-out button on your email newsletter or visit www.mcmullens.co.uk/keep-in-touch/optout
• Your information is treated confidentially and will not be shared with any third parties.
• McMullen and Sons Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Should we amend terms and conditions, we will post those changes on our website.

• You must be aged 18 or over to enter.
• The Mac's Family prize draw is open to people aged 18 and over who provide their email address when Opting In to the McMullen and Sons Ltd Mac's Family.
• All valid Opt-Ins will be entered into a Free Prize Draw. Employees of McMullen and Sons Ltd, their agencies, or anyone else connected with the management of the Mac's Family may not enter the Prize Draw.
• No purchase is necessary.  If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at macsfamily@mcmullens.co.uk
• Participants are limited to three entries per valid email address (through signing up to maximum of three McMullen sites). Shared email addresses will be counted a maximum of three times.
• The draw is pulled annually by the end of December.
• One winner will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.  The draw will be performed by a random computer process.
• The winner will receive McMullen and Sons Gift Vouchers to the sum of £250.00.
• The winner will be notified by the end of January. If a winner does not respond to the macsfamily@mcmullens.co.uk within 29 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and McMullen & Sons Ltd shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above (and that winner will have to respond to notification of their win within 29 days or else they will also forfeit their prize).  If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited and McMullen & Sons shall be entitled to select another winner.
• The prize will be sent to the winner by McMullen and Sons by post.
• The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
• McMullen and Sons Ltd reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of McMullen and Sons Ltd in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
