King’s Arms
A McMullen pub since 2013, the pub dates from 1759 and was rebuilt a century later at a cost of Ā£1,994 by W Finch Hill, the British theatre and music hall architect; a truly stunning building in the heart of Fitzrovia.
The Kings Arms is a traditional London pub with boutique hotel rooms, offering Hertfordshire brewed cask and kegged beers, world lagers and a fantastic wine selection. Pop by for breakfast or brunch, or a delicious pie at lunch time.

Our boutique rooms are beautifully finished and the perfect respite for weekend warriors, city commuters and tourists alike. We are within walking distance of the West End, Soho, Regents Park and much more.
As a traditional London pub, the Kingās Arms comes with plenty of character, including quirks, corners, and stairs! Our top floor rooms are accessed via up to three flights of stairs, and we do not have a lift. If stairs may be a challenge for you, please let us know before booking and weāll be happy to help advise on the most suitable room or make alternative suggestions.

Private Hire, Birthdays and Events
Our Undercroft is available with private bar for up to 60 guests (40 seated). For smaller events, you can request the Vaulted area within the Undercroft which holds 30 guests (20 seated).
Our buffet is available on pre-order so please get in touch to discuss options.
Our upstairs main bar is also available for non-private hire with space for up to 25 people (16 seated). This area is for drinks and small nibbles only.
