Enjoy the summer sun and dine outside overlooking our pond filled with our much loved and protected terrapins. When the weather’s less clement, step inside and warm by the roaring fires, book the private dining room or just enjoy… kick back, relax, and let us do all the work.

From cosy catch-ups to larger group bookings, we’ll help you celebrate the season in style. Private Hire, Birthdays and Events
Our lovely function space is available for private hire. We cater for formal dining events, buffets, drinks and nibbles or just drinks, whatever you prefer.
We have a private dining table which can sit up 16 people. Our private function room is separated by a sliding door can accommodate up to 40 guests, including 30 seated and some standing.
Other areas of the pub can be booked for events of up to 80 guests, with private and semi-private options available. For smaller events, we also have our raised bar area which can be booked out for groups of up to 16 guests.
