At McMullen’s, we’ve always believed that great beer and great responsibility go hand in hand. Nearly 200 years of brewing heritage have taught us that while tradition matters, so does looking ahead. That’s why we’re proud to share our latest step towards a more sustainable future.
With the help of our friends at DALUM, we’ve installed a new system that captures and reuses the natural CO₂ created during the brewing process. Instead of letting it go to waste, we can now recycle it back into our beers.
So what does this mean for you?

Our fantastic brewing team managed to get everything up and running in just a couple of days. It’s another example of how our family brewery, now in its seventh generation, continues to evolve while staying true to its roots.
